Since 1980, Pastor Teresa has been a Youth Pastor, Music Pastor, Co-Pastor, Missionary, recording artist, songwriter, keyboardist, administrator, outreach director and is most recognized for her powerful vocal ability to impact people through the gift of music. She has appeared on TBN on several occasions singing songs from her album “No More Excuses”. Pastor Teresa is the Co-Founder of the former Rescue Atlanta Ministries which for 24 yrs. had a heart to minister to the homeless, poor and broken people in the inner city and on the streets of Atlanta. Pastor Teresa has helped co-ordinate and manage many city-wide outreaches in cities like Atlanta, Miami and New Orleans and loves encouraging young people that they can do anything that God has put in their hearts if they can believe!

Currently, as the President of RED Int’l Ministries she is teaching four bible study groups each week in Atlanta as well as traveling and sharing in various services, retreats and conferences. Pastor Teresa has a heart to teach and encourage people with the Word and lead them in worship.

Pastor Teresa has a powerful testimony of what it is like to live through broken dream, after broken dream. Starting with abuse at a very young age and living with a life time of rejection, feelings of failure and never being good enough.

God has transformed her former image of herself into one of the image that He has for her. Her dream is to encourage others through teaching the Word and sharing the gift of music that inspire others to seek healing of all their broken dreams. God cannot only heal you and redeem those dreams, He can also anoint you and use you for His glory!

Katie Rolls-Palmer

Oversees Mission Trips

Daughter of Mel and Teresa Rolls, wife of Patrick Palmer and mother to Ayana, Zander and Arabella. Katie has grown up in the ministry her whole life and knows nothing other than reaching people for Jesus. From a young age, Katie has always shown passion and compassion for those who had “less” or had been “overlooked or forgotten”. She has a no fear, no nonsense approach to leadership, stepping out in the different aspects of ministry that God has blessed her with. Katie’s past experience includes Youth and Childrens’ Pastor for Rescue Atlanta Church as well as Living Waters A/G. Katie has over 15 years experience teaching, and training in children’s ministry and over 15 years experience in foreign missions. Katie has a big call for missions on her life and currently leads teams to Africa and Haiti under the direction of R.E.D. int’l Ministries on a yearly basis. Katie has over 10 years expedience in teaching, training, and operating mission teams here in the USA, Haiti and Africa. Katie joined the board of R.E.D Int’l Ministries in 2012 and oversees any children’s ministries or mission trips through the Ministry.

For close to 23 years Libby was in full-time ministry alongside her husband, Billy Godwin. During that time she served as a pastor’s wife, missionary to Europe, and Bible School Administrator. In 1991 they formed Mighty In Spirit, International, a non-profit ministry with a mission to raise up Champions for Christ around the world. They wrote training materials and established Bible Schools both here in the USA and abroad.

When Billy was called to his eternal home in heaven in 2002, Libby assumed the role as ministry president and continued the work of Mighty In Spirit until 2007. She oversaw the day-to-day operation of the ministry that included the distribution of training materials and running of Bible Schools in Atlanta, Germany and Peru. Having a particular passion to see women strengthened in their walk with God, she discipled women in prison and spoke in women’s meetings, Bible studies and retreats. Libby is both a certified Dave Ramsey Financial counselor and a certified 48 Days to the Work you Love career coach.

God was faithful to Libby by bringing her Dan Maddux, a contractor and a widower living in Marietta, GA, and they were married in 2005. They have 6 adult children and two grandchildren. They are active members of Mount Paran North Church of God. Libby presently works at Triaxia Partners, Inc., a consulting firm in Atlanta, GA.

Pastor Randy Scalise

Board Member & Lead Pastor at Full Life Church

With 20 years of ministry experience, Pastor Randy is a graduate of Florida State University College of business. After his education at Southeastern University, Randy was ordained with the Assemblies of God and served as a youth pastor and associate pastor in Florida and Georgia. While ministering in Jackson Georgia, he completed his training and worked as a volunteer firefighter for 3 years.

Randy and his wife, Gina, have been serving Atlanta’s west-side for the past nine years. They have two children and a personal testimony of both losing their first spouses to cancer. Together, they are inspired and motivated to restore marriages and families with their powerful story of God’s grace and love through tragedy.

Randy is committed to practical ministry in the community. He has been involved with the outreach ministries of Pastor Teresa Rolls for the last sixteen years. Randy serves on the board the local community non-profit organization, Family Life Restoration Center. Full Life Church is active in outreach such as Broken Pieces Ministries, an Atlanta based ministry which provides food and faith to the homeless and hurting each week. Randy’s has a passion to help marriages be restored and healthy. Together with his wife, they have designed and share a seminar called “Making It Work, which delivers practical and often humorous truths on strengthening marriages. Pastor Randy believes the church should lead the way in helping families become strong and vibrant by connecting them to God’s redeeming love.

Randy also has a passion for the church to capture God’s heartbeat for missions. He and the church have remained committed to investing in missions. He has led many teams on both foreign and domestic mission’s trips. For the last four years, he has worked closely with the transformation ministry of Arise Haiti. Full Life is more than a cool phrase, it is a life calling. A full life with Christ is not only possible, it is offered to us all.

Phillip A. Wall

Phillip Wall is married to Karina Gay, and together they have four children and two granddaughters.   Phillip is a graduate of Southeastern University located in Lakeland, Florida.  He has been an ordained  minister with the Assemblies of God for more than thirty‐five years, which twenty of those years he  served as a lead pastor in Georgia.  In 1999, he began working in the Georgia Assemblies of God District  office as the Church Ministries Director.  Since then Phillip has served as the Church Plant/Church Health  Director and in 2009, he began serving as the Georgia Assemblies of God Secretary‐Treasurer.  Phillip’s  heart is to help the local church become healthy so that the church can have a God influence on its  community.
